Guide the patient to a more balanced diet by specifying the number of servings per day of each food category -- flesh proteins, seafoods, legumes, nuts and seeds, grains, sweeteners, starchy vegs, leafy vegs, fruits. Helpful for Weight loss, weight gain, diabetes, hypoglycemia, carbohydrate control, vegetarian diets, and so on.
